1. Scope of application of sleeve dryer
Energy-saving sleeve dryer is a type of hot air dryer. It is mainly used to dry granular materials within a certain temperature and particle size range, such as: yellow sand used in the dry mortar industry, various specifications of molding sand used in the foundry industry, blast furnace slag used in the building materials and cement industry, and small-grained clay. It cannot be used in the chemical industry. Small particle materials that are resistant to chemical changes and are not afraid of high temperatures and smoke stains. According to different industry requirements for the final moisture content of dried materials, the moisture content of dried materials can be below 1-0.5%.
2. Working principle of hot air mixing dryer
The wet materials that need to be dried are sent to the hopper by a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enter the feeding end through the feeding pipe through the feeding machine of the hopper. The inclination of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of materials to facilitate materials to flow into the dryer smoothly. The cylinder of hot air dryer is a rotating cylinder, which is slightly inclined with horizontal line. Materials are fed in through the higher end, and heat carrier enters through the lower end, and contacts with materials in counter-flow. Sometimes heat carrier and materials flow into the cylinder together.
As the cylinder rotates, the materials move to the lower end due to gravity. When the wet materials move forward in the barrel, they receive the heat from the heat carrier directly or indirectly, and the wet materials dry. Then, the wet materials are sent out through the discharge end through a belt conveyor or screw conveyor. The inner wall of the barrel is equipped with a lifting plate, which can lift the materials and scatter them, increases the contact surface of the materials and the airflow, in order to improve the drying rate and forward the materials advancement. Heat carriers are generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc.
After the heat carrier is dried by hot air, a cyclone dust collector is generally required to collect the materials in the gas. If you need to further reduce the dust content of the exhaust gas, it should be discharged after passing through a bag dust collector or wet dust collector.
3. Steam and airflow dryers
The steam dryer is suitable for oil pressing plants and oil leaching plants. It is mainly used for softening (and drying) of raw materials, improving the plasticity of raw materials, so that the embryos produced by the embryo tying machine are thin but not broken, and meet the requirements of subsequent processes. Thereby achieving the effects of embryo pressing, steaming, frying, pressing and leaching. The airflow dryer uses the principle of instantaneous airflow drying and has the characteristics of high drying intensity, short drying time, low energy consumption, easy operation, and good product quality. 4. Advantages of this series of dryers
High energy saving and low consumption: Compared with the vertical softening pot, the power consumption is 1/4~1/3 of the vertical type, and the gas consumption is 1/2~2/3 of the vertical type. Compared with the current horizontal softening pot, it is 10%~15% shorter and 20%~30% shorter, saving a lot of lubricating oil and maintenance fees a year;
The softening effect is very good: it adopts a horizontal drum structure, which has low energy consumption and small power. The material is turned evenly in the machine, and dead corners are overcome, and the softening effect is good;
Convenient process adjustment: The stepless speed regulating mechanism can be adjusted effectively and conveniently according to the different moisture content of the materials entering the machine and the different process parameters. Special transmission method: power transmission adopts special soft transmission or gear transmission, which results in less equipment friction and low noise;
Safe condensation water removal: The special condensation water removal setting enables the equipment to effectively remove condensation water during use, greatly improving the steam heating effect.
