1. Lower the film frame of the pallet wrapping machine to the lower limit, place the goods of the pallet wrapping machine on the turntable (as far as possible in the center of the turntable), place the film roll of the pallet wrapping machine on the roll seat, and put on the film as required .

2. Tie the film of the pallet wrapping machine to the bottom of the goods, and then press the "turntable rotation" button of the pallet wrapping machine to make the turntable rotate. At this time, the film will be wrapped by the pallet wrapping machine at the bottom of the goods.

3. When the number of winding turns reaches the level you need, move the "up/down" position of the pallet wrapping machine to the "rising" position to raise the film frame to the required position: at this time, the film will be wrapped by the pallet wrapping machine on the top of the goods.

4. When the number of winding turns reaches the level you need, move the "up and down" function of the pallet wrapping and packaging machine to the "down" position to lower the film frame to the lower limit position.

5. Repeat the above process and finally pop up the turntable rotation button of the pallet wrapping and packaging machine to stop the turntable; completing one packaging.

6. Manually cut off the film and fix the pallet wrapping machine film on the goods. We recommend manual use mainly for machine adjustments.

automatic operation

1. Lower the film frame of the pallet wrapping machine to the lower limit, place the goods of the pallet wrapping machine on the turntable of the wrapping machine (as far as possible in the center of the turntable), put the film roll of the pallet wrapping machine on the reel seat, as required Put on the film. The wrapping film is bolted to the bottom of the goods. Press the "auto start" button and the automatic operation starts. The turntable starts to rotate and the film is pulled out. At the same time, the turntable starts counting. The bottom wrapping is done first;

2. After completing the bottom number of turns, the membrane frame begins to rise;

3. After the film frame rises to the top of the goods (or the upper limit), the top winding starts and the turntable starts counting.

4. Complete the top number of turns. If the number is 0, the automatic operation ends; if the number is 19, the membrane frame begins to decline;

5. The film frame lowers the bottom of the cargo (lower limit), and the number of up and down increases by 1.

6. And so on until the number of up and down times reaches the set value, the packaging process is completed.

7. Manually cut off the film and fix the pallet wrapping machine film on the goods.
