The chemical industry is a very mature customer group in the winding packaging industry. The companies that use winding packaging in this industry are generally export companies, and the output is relatively large. There are many types of chemicals, and our existing customers are mainly concentrated in fine chemicals such as citric acid, food additives, carbon black, intermediates, and pharmaceuticals.

In the traditional packaging method, small packaging bags are the final packaging form of the product. During the loading and unloading process of turnover and shipment, manpower is required to carry it on shoulders and hands. Without direct contact with other protective treatments, the packaging bag is inevitably bent and deformed. While the product image is damaged, there may even be damage to the goods caused by the rupture of the packaging bag.

Improved large packaging processing (packing tape fastening), small packaged products are centrally stacked on standard pallets, and packed and fastened with PP and PET packing tapes in a tic-tac-toe shape. The packaging tapes are in partial contact with the goods, and the packaged products are still exposed to in the air. When loading and unloading goods, use a manual hydraulic truck or forklift to load and unload goods.

Wrap with stretch film, and stack the small packaged products onto standard pallets. Use a plastic film with stretch and shrink memory to wrap the entire package to form a single bulk cargo. The stretch film is in full contact with the goods, and the goods are It is isolated from the air and has good dust-proof, moisture-proof and overall fastening effects. Currently, most customers exporting to Europe, America and Southeast Asian countries require this packaging.
