Four: unpacking, installation, commissioning

6. Automatic operation: momentary type pushbutton

This switch has two functions.

7. Pause: This button is a self-locking button with light.

17. Photoelectric switch up to the switch

The switch is not often adjusted, it will be placed in the electrical cabinet, a button switch, "ON" when the photoelectric switch is applicable, "OFF" when disabled, see "photoelectric switch adjustment. When the turntable slows down or slips, open the motor cover of the turntable, loosen the four connecting bolts on the deceleration mounting plate, and then adjust the two tensioning bolts clockwise evenly to reach the required tension and tighten the four connecting bolts. 3. 1. Manual operation.

2. Automatic operation: make the machine in the initial state, put on the goods, put on the film, choose the number of laps, the number of times up and down, over the top of the time, press the automatic start button, the whole process will be completed automatically. 8-1. Counting Error

8-2-1 We recommend that under normal circumstances the settings of the photoelectric switch should not be adjusted as often as possible, as this may cause the machine to malfunction or the photoelectric switch knob to be damaged.

8-2-2 Caution! --When the photoelectric switch is used, for some goods such as the goods with color glass objects with weak reflectivity, goods with large gaps between small pieces, transparent goods or in the sunlight or halogen light irradiation environment, the photoelectric switch will not work, at this time, according to the method described in the following 8-2-3 adjustments, such as can not be adjusted to use the spare limit stop fast (8-5), the electrical cabinet in the knob switch to the knob "OFF".
